We are presently shipping our products to all states within United States of America.
All domestic orders are processed within 2 (two) business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take a bit longer than usual timeline.
We ship our products throughout United States and currently all orders qualify for free shipping. If any of the products attract shipping charges, it will be provided at the time of checkout.
After placing the order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Images and proof of damage of the product needs to be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org for verification immediately upon receiving the products. If the claim with the images and proof of damage is not received within the same day of receiving the product, we will be unable to process any refund. If the item is accepted for return after verification, customer needs to send the item back in its original box with no damage to the outer box along with the invoice and we will send the delivery info and refund via email.
Yes, you can do that within 1-2 hours of placing the order; however, please ensure that you call the customer care to check if the item is shipped or not. Kindly note that we will not be able to entertain any modifications to the shipping address if the order is already shipped at the time of request.
Yes, you can cancel the order before the order is shipped. Please reach out to us via email address email@example.com to check if your order has been shipped.
You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be damaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We will need the order number to verify the purchase.
Once we receive your item, the item will be subject to inspection for any damage or defects and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you without any undue delay on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the item is approved for return, we will refund the amount thereafter.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
We can arrange for a pickup but you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will receive the credit within 2 (two) working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or the bank to transfer. If you paid cash through COD payment term, we will issue a check under the customer’s name from the order.
