Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Images and proof of damage of the product needs to be sent via email to info@yourbeautyplugllc.com for verification immediately upon receiving the products. If the claim with the images and proof of damage is not received within the same day of receiving the product, we will be unable to process any refund. If the item is accepted for return after verification, customer needs to send the item back in its original box with no damage to the outer box along with the invoice and we will send the delivery info and refund via email.

 

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you can cancel the order before the order is shipped. Please reach out to us via our email ID info@yourbeautyplugllc.com to check if your order has been shipped.

Can I return my order on YourBeautyPlugLLC?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns.

 

What is the payment process in case of any cancellations?

If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
